Ascension, designed by Neri&Hu for Agape, is a versatile iroko wood accessory with visible joints on the sides. This single object offers two different functions depending on its position. When placed horizontally, it serves as a step for the Immersion bathtub, while in a vertical position, it transforms into a practical small table or container. It can be used as a step to facilitate access to the bathtub or as a seat. When positioned vertically, it acts as a surface for everyday items.
