Button Flos

Piero Lissoni created the Button wall light for Flos.

The Button Lamp is characterized by a circular support structure whose volume is solid. The opal glass body obtained using a manufacturing procedure in which the blown glass is formed of multiple layers of material ensures the uniform distribution of light across the whole element. This method of jacketing results in fascinating chromatic effects that uniquely signify both the final product and the mood of the room in which the lamp will be displayed. The wall plate has a white galvanized steel surface, indicating its durability.

A modest, decorative feature with a chrome finish runs down the interior of the round surface.

The Button lamp's light source has a chilly tone, which brings out the natural beauty of the material it is made of, further contributing to the lamp's unique design.
