Washington Skin Knoll

The nylon chairWashington Skin is a creation by architect and designer Sir David Adjaye for brand Knoll. Its intriguing, innovative and light shape is a result of the constant interdisciplinary research that its creator does through design, architecture and sculpture. The laws of balance were accurately studied to create a new and incredibly functional cantilever structure.

The chair is supported by four legs that form two triangular structures and it is reinforced with aluminium. The item is 82,5 centimetres high, 46 centimetres wide and 51,5 centimetres deep.

Washington Skin and Washington Skeleton are parts of the same collection. The latter differs for the material and for a characteristic geometric lattice.
