The designers Doriana and Massimiliano Fuksas created the Dolly Baby chair for Baxter, and its form connects the dots between the creative process and industrial production.

The baby chair is distinguished by having cushioning of varying densities throughout its structure. The slim, linear legs taper to a point at the floor and are capped with shiny brass or metal tips. This monocoque structure is made of birch plywood, and its gentle, curving contours create an inviting space. The quilted upholstery of the Dolly Baby chair is one of its distinguishing features; a leather border in a variety of colors completes the baby chair's contour.

This piece of furniture is a design icon for its minimalist appearance and ergonomic efficiency.
