The design of the Terminal 1 armchair and chaise lounge for B&B Italia, designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, is characterised by an iconic, minimalist, essential appearance.

The formal cleanness of the armchair is given by solid geometries that allow you to place this piece of furniture in any kind of space. The outer rigid shell, made of metal, develops from the concave seat to the sides with an elegant, linear sinuousness. The peculiar volumes and the inner padding, made of polyurethane foam, are completed by a leather upholstery, which makes the design of the Terminal 1 armchair more balanced.

The incisiveness and the relative simplicity of this piece of furniture make it truly refined.
