Lyra Poltrona Frau

Lyra’s armrests, seen from a frontal position, recall the elegant and sinuous shape of a lyre’s two arms: this gives a touch of the charm of such an ancient musical instrument to the armchair. The lyre shape and the graceful arc formed by the backrest’s lines give Lyra an aesthetic refinement that makes it definitely stand out from the mass.

Renzo Frau’s creation, presented by company Poltrona Frau, combines its remarkable grace with an incredible comfort, thanks to the depth of the seat and to the softness of its goose down cushion.

Lyra has a seasoned beech wood structure; this is completed by a rubberised horsehair padding and steel springs. Upholstery is available in high quality fabric and in luxurious Pelle Frau® leather.
