Sarpi Cassina

Carlo Scarpa created the Sarpi table in 1974 for Cassina.

An icon of elegance, the Sarpi table features a design that is both linear and fundamental, making it adaptable to any setting and any kind of furniture.

This unique piece of furniture is distinguished by its upside-down, skeletal framework.

The table's compact form makes it ideal for a variety of settings. The glass top has a rectangular shape with rounded corners, and it sits on the metal base structure of the table. Glass allows for unimpeded views of the underlying structure and design features.

The supporting surface has been conceived of in a variety of forms, and in 2009, designer Carlo Scarpa created a new version that included a rounded top on a spiral base.
