Nairobi table Baxter

Roberto Lazzeroni designed the Nairobi table for Baxter.

The clean, simple forms and proportions give off an air of formal sophistication while still suggesting a practical, ergonomically sound product.

The distinctive style of the table is reflected in the union of its rectangular top with rounded corners and its basic structure, which consists of two hardwood tops positioned vertically below the upper top. Everything here is built out of solid, sandblasted, black-stained ash.

Wood is a material that will inevitably transform as a result of exposure to light and alterations in the conditions of its surrounding environment. Variation in hue and grain structure should be viewed as a hallmark of handcrafted authenticity.
