The Pochette armchair, designed by Paola Navone, is instantly recognizable as a masterpiece of contemporary furniture thanks to its clean lines and minimal aesthetic.
The armchair is differentiated by having a broad seat that is intended for relaxing and sharing. Comfort and well-being are ensured by the generous volume of padding that has a varied density depending on the amount of pressure that is applied to it and the angle at which it is positioned. The current slouching fashion favours an ergonomic position that guarantees comfort and health. The leather tassels that decorate the headrest cushion add to the already high level of sophistication of this everyday accessory.
The padding of the soft cushions is supported by an elastomeric springing system, which is attached to a supporting structure that is built of fir plywood. With its clean, geometric lines and minimal form, this armchair strikes a beautiful balance between form and function.
