Accordo Cassina

Charlotte Perriand designed the Accordo coffee table for Cassina.

The unique and daring design of this renowned piece of furniture is exemplified by curvy and rounded contours throughout its entirety. The circular extrusion of the support surface has a non-central axis. The support surface's most interior region is occupied by oval-sectioned legs that are arranged in a diagonal pattern.

The lacquering that was incorporated for the surface of the coffee table makes the design of the table everlasting and tends to be compatible with any kind of living space or furniture.

The designer considers the gestures that can be derived from the product well before the aesthetics of the design. This is how the bold profiles and harmonious proportions are achieved in the finished product.
