Description

The Ico chair, created by designer Ora ïto for Cassina, is a prominent homage to the 814 chair, created by architect Ico Parisi in 1950.

The chair's iconic and fundamental design is made manifest in all of its versatility, which is the result of a perfect fit between the elements that make up the seating and the structure. The latter is constructed entirely out of curved ash wood, which serves as a support for a seat that is cushioned withadaptable polyurethane foam.
