LC7 Fauteuil tournant Cassina

Brand: Cassina

Product category: Cassina Chairs

Designer: Le Corbusier

Availability: On request

In 1927, Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret, and Charlotte Perriand came up with the LC7 chair, which has since become a design classic for its minimalist yet striking appearance.

The seat's elegant form and practical design come from the conversation between the frame's supporting parts and the upholstered seat and back cushions.
The round padded seat has support in the form of either four or five spider legs, which are part of the fundamental construction that comes in a double configuration.
The backrest is padded as well, and its tubular, semi-circular design wraps over the lower back to provide support.
The tubular steel frame, available in a polished chrome or painted finish, is a nice complement to the leather- or fabric-upholstered cushions.

The LC7 chair's design reflects modern society in that it may be used in conjunction with a wide variety of decor and furnishings.
