The challenge faced by Formway Design is double: designing objects that offer incredible comfort even in long work hours and employing the necessary materials with a care for environmental sustainability. The Life Chair, created for brand Knoll, is an answer of immense value to both challenges. The chair’s backrest is able to flex with the sole weight of the body according to your needs; the seat provides support while facilitating blood circulation and it is flexible and comfortable without the necessity of a foam padding. The chair features an aluminium or plastic star base and, in both versions, it mostly employs recycled and recyclable materials.
Formway Design has also created the Remix Chair, the Generation Chair and the ReGeneration Chair.
