Description
The Sumo sofa is designed like a thin airplane wing, with a delicate, fluid line, and it is enriched by comfortable, spacious cushions that can be seen as a tribute to the traditional Japanese martial art. The Sumo sofa is a creation by Piero Lissoni for Living Divani.
The curved structure of the seat gives a peculiar comfort, and it feels different in each position. The height varies along the perimeter of the base structure, which makes the ergonomic concept of the sofa very innovative. The wide single cushion makes the sofa look like a floating piece of matter in the air.
The cushion, padded with stratified-density polyurethane, is combined with elastic straps for maximum comfort.
The item can feature a leather or a fabric upholstery, which is always removable thanks to velcro and zippers.
