Smoke Dining Chair Moooi

Smoke, a dining chair developed by Maarten Baas for the Moooi brand, is truly one-of-a-kind due to its out-of-the-ordinary construction. Epoxy glue provides a sturdy foundation for the chair's construction, which is comprised of fire-finished wood.

One can get this chair with or without arms, and both the seat and back are upholstered in black leather and padded with fireproof foam.

The Smoke dining chair mimics the form of a conventional chair, but its structure is noticeable due to the strategic removal of particular sections of wood.
