Description

The Cinqueterre kitchen by Schiffini, created in collaboration with Vico Magistretti in 1999, redefined the concept of mass-produced kitchens through its industrial and contemporary design.
Entirely made of aluminum, it represented a perfect balance between technical innovation and timeless elegance.
Its most distinctive feature is the corrugated surface of the doors, which creates captivating plays of light and rhythm. The tubular handle enhances the sense of movement generated by the overlapping slats.
Now available in the new Nero Portovenere, Bianco Apuane, and Rosso Levanto variants, the model gains a new material dimension through the introduction of marble.
The three variants are skillfully combined to create elegant contrasts: Nero Portovenere paired with Grigio Tigullio aluminum, Bianco Carrara marble matched with Argento Veneziano anodized aluminum, and the refined Rosso Levanto combined with Nero Lipari anodized aluminum.

Magistretti’s Cinqueterre kitchen is thus presented in a renewed form, with each composition being unique due to the natural veining of the marble, while remaining true to itself and the use of aluminum. Ideal for modern and sophisticated interiors, this Schiffini kitchen continues to stand as a design icon.
