When the brand Antonangeli participated in the lighting fair Euroluce2019, held the same week as the Salone del Mobile in Milan, they presented several new lamps that expanded and enhanced their already large collection.
One of the more interesting models is Archetto Space, the new lamp patented by Antonangeli and designed by Gianfranco Marabese, which “frees” light into spaces, creating “spaces of light” and increasing the use of materials and technologies present in the pre-existing Archetto collection (2012).
The lamp is made up of luminous silicone segments from 1 to 5 metres long, applied on a tensile structure and placed to run along steel cables. Archetto Space is a truly exclusive solution that produces personalised, flexible or “floating” play of light with direct or indirect light, or completely surrounding the luminaire.
What premièred at Euroluce is now concrete. Today, the system also offers the option of mounting a spotlight on the tensile structure to create light effects that are even more precise and delicate, and expand to offer Outdoor use.
