Mattia Balsamini, a photographer who focuses on issues connected with his home territory, has partnered with Studio Fludd, a Veneto-based multidisciplinary collective, to produce a new presentation for the brand Kristalia.
The installation features a scenario in which Kristalia design pieces have become active components in dynamic states of balance.
The installation reproduces the typical environment of a gym, a concept that suggests a difficult balance between fun and discipline, or bodily intelligence and rational control.
The Kristalia pieces have been placed in this scenario, offering observers a series of furnishings “in movement”, instead of just sitting there rigidly as they are usually presented.
This out-of-the-ordinary installation enhances the Kristalia seating systems, showcasing their lightness and dynamic presence.
The installation’s main objective was to explain how the creative process can bring about the transformation of matter to give it an even more unique nature, and it was a smashing success.
Here are a few of the more interesting photos of the installation.
