The Menhir tables designed by Lodovico Acerbis and Giotto Stoppino still attract attention due to the bold approach adopted with regard to materials and forms. They eloquently illustrate one of the brand’s hallmarks: sculptural simplicity.
During the year marking the loss of entrepreneur and designer Lodovico Acerbis on 30 July, the brand wanted to commemorate him by focusing on his iconic creations.
These classic small tables in Greek style have a base that looks like a marble column, with a matt finish in the recent contemporary version. The top is in natural walnut or black lacquered ash wood.
The Menhir table sports a large but discreet round top. It comes in three different heights, and now is also available in the form of a tall console, as shown in one of Lodovico Acerbis’s original drawings which was produced for the first time this year.
