Acute Bed: Cassina's Wise Approach to Wood

Cassina has made Acute, a double bed completely built out of solid wood and designed by Rodolfo Dordoni.

Acute was conceived to satisfy expectations with regard to relaxation through its proportions and sophisticated surfaces. This truly complete bed can be matched with a round night table or a design bench from the same line.

A wide headboard dominates the bed frame and the height-adjustable cushions can be customised with leather or fabric covers. The cushions can also be integrated with hi-tech purifying theBreath® fabric, which can capture and breakdown polluting particles.

The platform bed frame structure can set on two simple feet or hold two large drawers with leather covered fronts. The headboard of Acute is in ash wood and can be made in a flush version or an extra-wide version.
