Poltrone Frau Among Winners of EDIDA AWARD 2022

The Italian design icon Volare Due by Roberto Lazzeroni has recently received the EDIDA Award 2022 for the Bedding category.

The 15 winners of the 2022 edition were announced during Milano Design Week at the Elle Deco International Design Awards, organized by Elle Decoration. The awards ceremony was held at the exceptional Pirelli skyscraper.

The Volare Due bed was one of the winners. Lazzeroni borrowed from the previous Volare model to maintain the interplay of tension and suspension between the different volumes and the combinations of soft leather, wood, saddle leather, and fabric. However, the final outcome of the new version was more effective in expressing the elegance and majesty of a canopy bed.
