Vibe Bed by Giorgetti Wins at Wallpaper* Design Awards 2023

The international magazine Wallpaper* announced the names of the projects that won the Design Awards 2023. The best of design will be celebrated in the February issue.
The winner of the 2023 edition of the Best Sleeper Hits is the Vibe bed created by Carlo Colombo for Giorgetti.

Designed for the 2022 Collection, Vibe is the first double bed with a provision for fixed bedside tables that partially recalls design from the 1930s.
Two shells with removable upholstery form the reduced-depth headboard, and a strip of upholstery wraps around the bed structure like a work of art. This romantic and poetic project can create a dialogue between traditional and contemporary style.

To this regard, Colombo commented: “I am very fond of the Vibe bed. Today, it is possible to create objects of great beauty that can serve the world through our work, which is in the realm of design, creativity, and the ability to make people smile and feel good.”
