BEQOO Studio's Project in Dubai

BEQOO Studio has completed a residential project in Dubai where architectural scenography and premium materials come together to reinterpret the elegance of traditional Arab homes in a contemporary way. The result is an interior design scheme characterised by welcoming atmospheres, refined geometries and high-quality materials.

The layout opens with a monumental entrance designed to welcome guests, before continuing along a corridor transformed into a striking gallery of mirrors. The sequence culminates in a dramatic planter wall crafted from glass bricks, creating a distinctive architectural feature.

The living area is organised around two generous multifunctional spaces that define the layout while seamlessly incorporating the building’s structural elements. At the heart of the composition stands an imposing square dining table, conceived as both a visual anchor and a place for gathering and socialising.

The kitchen is another key feature of the project. Here, the island takes on the character of a sculptural monolith, its faceted surfaces recalling a stone shaped over time by water. Storage and day-to-day functions are discreetly integrated into geometric wall panelling, reinforcing the sense of order and visual clarity throughout the space.

Material richness plays a central role in the design. Canaletto walnut and marble are paired with leather and metallic accents to create a refined and layered palette. A carefully orchestrated lighting scheme further enhances the interiors, with wall lights, pendant lamps and spotlights accentuating surfaces, textures and volumes. The result is a series of exclusive living spaces where architecture, light and materials are balanced in perfect harmony.
