Machard by Flou Expands its Forms with New Configurations

Machard by Flou, designed by Studio Contromano, expands its collection in 2026 with new rectangular and barrel-shaped configurations, designed for more spacious interiors and convivial settings. The evolution of the project retains the distinctive formal features of the original round table.

The new configurations are supported by two metal bases with a distinctive hourglass shape. Light and slender, they are covered with a woven pattern of taut cords. The distinctive cord pattern, arranged in alternating radial lines directed upwards and downwards, creates a refined graphic effect and visually lightens the structure, making the tabletop appear almost suspended.

The woven cord pattern is both a structural and decorative element and is available in red, green, grey, mud and mélange tones. The tabletops can be chosen in clear, smoked or bronze glass, or in marble, available in the different varieties offered by the Flou collection.

With these new models, Machard expands its compositional possibilities and adapts to different interior settings, preserving the balance between materials, proportions and formal exploration.
