Updown by Tonelli Design: Chromatic Harmony and Glass in New Tables

The new series of Updown coffee tables by Tonelli Design, created by debut artist Martina Castagna, plays out the concept of Mix&Match through a variety of materials and colours. This new collection of side tables makes its mark through the bold use of coloured glass and champagne-coloured metal, giving a lively, dynamic aura to any room.

Martina Castagna comes from a family with a vast artistic tradition. She has created an interpretation of the fusion of a living room side table and a coffee table for Tonelli Design. The core of this concept lies in the use of colour, an element that adds freshness and energy. "I imagined these coffee tables as simple objects, but simultaneously different from other objects. I wanted to create something versatile and distinctive," said Castagna.

In fact, the aesthetic range of Updowns allows them to be placed in various rooms, individually or in groups. The essential shapes of the base and top enhance the particular central stem, finely finished with an elegant champagne metallic colour, and carefully fashioned in alignment with tradition. These round or square tables come in molten glass or metal, which offers a wide choice of configurations.
