Chrome Vega Chair: New Elegance for Carl Hansen & Søn

The iconic VLA26 Vega chair, designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen in 1956 for the Vega concert hall in Copenhagen, embraces a new stylistic concept with its structure in polished chrome steel. This creation is a result of the collaboration between Carl Hansen & Søn and Vilhelm Lauritzen Architects, and now, it’s available to enhance homes and public environments with a touch of refined modernity.

The distinctive design of the Vega chair, featuring a dynamic curve and elegantly finished legs, blends harmoniously with the new chrome structure to create a fascinating contrast with the warmth of the wood.

This beautiful and functional seat is extremely practical because up to eight chairs can be safely stacked.

Its seat dimensions (45-46 cm) and a total height of 80.5 cm, a depth of 53.5 cm and a width of 56 cm make it suitable for various types of spaces. The seat and backrest are made of FSC® certified oak (FSC C135991), available with leather or fabric upholstery.
