The CH24 Wishbone Chair, crafted from certified oak by Hans J. Wegner for Carl Hansen & Søn, stands out for its extraordinary essential form. During the design phase, Wegner seamlessly merged the backrest and armrest into a single entity, imparting solidity to its steam-bent curved profile while ensuring comfortable support. The main feature is the Y-shaped backrest, part of a meticulous production involving over 100 complex steps, most of which are executed manually.

The artisanal weaving of the seat takes about an hour of skilled work, using approximately 120 meters of robust paper cord. This majestic chair, suitable for various settings, combines comfort, stability, and distinctive aesthetics, ensuring exceptional durability over time.
