The evergreen Chester Armchair designed by Renzo Frau at the beginning of Poltrona Frau’s activity became a very successful model, thanks to the refinement of its tufting and to its highly fascinating sculptural presence. The Chester One model is a modern reinterpretation of that armchair: the revised proportions, in particular a greater width and a greater depth, make Chester One particularly suitable for modern comfort needs.
The richness of materials, from seasoned beech wood to horsehair shaped by hand, from the goose down of the seat cushion to the Pelle Frau® leather of the upholstery, is perfectly equivalent to that of Chester.
