Toshiyuki Kita, a Japanese designer, is credited with the creation of the 111 Wink Gerrit armchair for the Cassina collection.
The seat's iconic form comes from its curvy, swooping lines, which also lend an air of versatility and eclecticism to the piece. The armchair takes up space with its collected shape, which can extend and become a chaise longue thanks to the reclining basic structure. In the version with the chaise longue, the single top that is shared by the deckchairs and seats traces the body's natural contours. There are two levers on either side of the headrest that allow it to be reclined to a number of different angles. The 111 Wink Gerrit armchair, with its ergonomically astute design, is suitable for a wide variety of settings and uses without compromising on comfort or wellbeing.
The armchair is upholstered in fabric and is offered in a range of colours.
