Description

1 Fauteuil dossier basculant Villa Church, designed by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand in 1928, reinterprets one of the most representative models of modern design. Originally created for Villa Church in Ville-d’Avray, this armchair is reissued by Cassina, combining formal rigour with comfort. The steel structure with a trivalent chrome finish features the distinctive teardrop-shaped tube section, enhanced by an exclusive light blue tone, while the supporting elements are finished in an elegant basalt colour.

The upholstered seat and backrest, fully covered in upholstery, provide an inviting and comfortable seating experience, enhanced by the light grey mottled pony skin mattress, a distinctive detail of this edition. The Fauteuil dossier basculant Villa Church is an ideal choice for refined settings where history, design research and quality construction come together in a timeless piece of furniture.
