Smile Paola Lenti

Soft and enveloping lines characterize the design of the Smile sofa, designed by F. Rota for the Paola Lenti collection. The two-seater Smile sofa comes to life from generous padding that embraces and envelops the user with lightness and intimate welcome. In terms of functionality, comfort, and well-being are ensured by the resilient and cold foam padding with a wooden insert. The division between the backrest, armrests, and seat elements is subtly indicated by a seam inside the upholstery. Fabric coverings, available in collection colors, are fully removable.

The base structure is crafted from thermoformed plastic material and, in the armchair of the same series, is equipped with handles to facilitate easy and practical movement. The Smile series is the winner of the 2013 MIAW award.
