Contardi Lighting on Polar Star Superyacht

Contardi has installed its rechargeable outdoor Muse lantern on the 65-m long luxury yacht Polar Star by Lürssen, in collaboration with FM Architettura d'Interni and Espen Oeino.

The lantern helps create a welcoming atmosphere in different areas of the boat, including the swimming pool area with hot tub, the main entrance and the relaxation and restaurant areas.

The linear shape of the Muse Outdoor Battery lantern perfectly matches the essential design of the superyacht, which has been rendered more functional through a rationalization of its interiors. The aesthetics of the spaces are clean and functional, which follows the project objective of restructuring to create greater connection with the surrounding marine environment. The rechargeable battery makes the Contardi lantern totally portable and suitable for use on the open sea.

The lamp stands out for its attention to detail, like the handle in braided leather and the general dynamics of its frosted acrylic diffuser. Available in small, medium and large versions.
