Bluna Metal 4.0 by Binova and Sustainable Materials Recovery
Bluna Metal by Binova is a new kitchen concept in the form of a fluid environment that connects the spaces in the home to eliminate the separation between the kitchen and the living room areas.
The wise use of pillar columns and functional vertical cabinets allows the space to be divided into zones but still be open, as if it were a theatre, with lots of room to move.
Bluna is made of innovative materials: on one hand, we have the lacquered Metal 4.0 that covers the columns and plays up the modernity of the kitchen furniture; and on the other, we can see the Old Wood in black fir, which is used for the central island and conceived as a monolithic block. This material is recovered specifically from homes and barns in Trentino-Alto Adige and in Friuli-Venezia Giulia.
The material is introduced into a new lifecycle after cleaning and restoration through precise artisan processes. This kitchen is one-of-a-kind because its appearance and characteristic nuances were determined exclusively by the combined action of the sun and the weather: the snow, rain, and wind.
