The building located in the prestigious Bastos district in Yaoundè, Cameroon has a total surface area of about 6000 m2 and rises 22 metres about ground.
Today, the Swiss Embassy is located in this building.
From a functional standpoint, the basement is outfitted as garage space, the ground and mezzanine floors are commercial spaces, the first and second floors are offices and the last two floors contain eight large flats.
The ground floor houses a large hall with a shopping area that also serves as a foyer for the various spaces. The internal and external finishes of the building and its furnishings are all of high quality.
Bredaquaranta managed each phase of the construction process starting from the design phase, entrusted to the architect Michele Premoli Silva (Milano Architettura), who has already managed several projects in Africa, including the first 5-star hotel in Douala, also in Cameroon.
