Nanda Baxter

Studio Pepe creates a neon wall lamp for Baxter called Nanda.

The white-painted metal structure of the Nanda lamp is solidly rounded off by burnished brass embellishments that double as attachment points. The lampshade is made of fused glass, and the processing technique that was used to create it results in a surface that is not completely polished but rather has a textured appearance. Any imperfections that may emerge in the material should be interpreted as evidence of the product's originality and uniqueness. The cool shade of the light source complements the distinctive form of the Nanda lamp while emphasizing the material's inherent features.
