Pietro Russo, who created the Parsec console for Baxter, was tasked with creating a piece that would be both flexible in terms of its utility and elegant in terms of its appearance.
The iconic support structure constructed by two legs that fold in a U-shape open to the exterior of the console to make place for the system of painted steel containers is the defining feature of the console. The end feet are crafted from brass with a satin finish. The backing is comprised of wood fibres of medium density and has a rounded contour.
The Parsec console's unparalleled originality in design stems from the thoughtful union of form and function.
