The original Sipario Light floor lamp reproduces the charming shape of a draped fabric, or of a theatre curtain, with a white polyethylene structure. The lamp is a creation by Pierpaolo Zanchin for the brand Cattelan Italia and it is distinguished by a high versatility: Sipario Light can also be used as a coat rack. When the light is on, the volumes of the lamp create a game of lights and shadows that emphasises the sinuosity of the shape.

Sipario Light is 183 centimetres high, 50 centimetres wide and 40 centimetres deep.

The reference to the world of theatre (sipario is the Italian word for “theatre curtain”) underlines the playful, funny and light character of the lamp.
