Tokyo Cattelan Italia

Tokyo is a free-standing bookcase that develops vertically and needs to be fixed to the ceiling. It captures anyone’s eye thanks to its slender appearance and to the interesting tridimensional geometric composition created by its shelves: each shelf is based on rectangular shapes and it appears to come out from the structure.

The long stem is made precious by Burnt Oak or Canaletto Walnut elements: the combination of one of these woods with the steel that forms the rest of the bookcase gives the item a particularly elegant and varied appearance.

Tokyo was designed by Andrea Lucatello for the brand Cattelan Italia and it has the charm of an aesthetically advanced object.
