The Materic table, designed by Piero Lissoni for Porro, is a sculptural masterpiece that combines the extreme simplicity of forms with the sublime refinement of materials and craftsmanship.
It features a fascinating circular tabletop that elegantly rests on a cone-shaped base. The Materic is offered in two fascinating variants: a tabletop in precious marble, supported by a wooden base, or a wooden tabletop with a metal base, each contributing to expressing its distinctive personality.
The marble version offers a choice of seven sophisticated shades, ranging from veined green to the classic Carrara white marble. An additional option features a central swiveling tray for added functionality. The base, a combination of 12 planks in natural or black-stained ash wood, interlocked and carefully carved to create a perfect cone trunk, highlights the wood grain in a stunning way.
Materic is available in three different top sizes, with diameters of 1600 mm, 1800 mm, and 2000 mm, and can be chosen as a fixed table or with a refined central swiveling disc, providing seating comfort for 6, 8, or 10 people, depending on the size.
It is also possible to opt for the Materic oval version of this extraordinary table.
