MisuraEmme stood out in the 60's and 70's by drawing international attention on its wide selection of offers and moving the world of design from Nordic countries, dominating in the post-war time, to the Italian area; the company's growth coincided with the Made in Italy culture and Italian design gaining success on a world wide scale.

The innovative thrust of the company did not stop in the 70's, but grew more and more intense and MisuraEmme has become the first furniture manufacturer to use new materials, solutions and matt varnishes that do not harm the environment and health of workers and users.
