Natuzzi Dealer – Milan - Italy
Natuzzi began in 1959 as a small Apulian shop founded by the current chairman and CEO of the company, Pasquale Natuzzi. Right from the outset, the business specialised in producing armchairs, sofas and other living room furnishings. In the 1990s, the first Divani&Divani by Natuzzi store opened in Taranto and this launch of a new brand marked the beginning of the company’s worldwide success, which it still enjoys.
Before being a brand, Natuzzi is a way of life and a method for work: innovation and social and environmental responsibility are expressed in the integrated management of the entire value chain. Still today, each product is made with the same passion and authenticity that they adopted at the beginning: every phase is carefully monitored and, at the end, each product undergoes a range of tests to guarantee the best results even after many years of use.
All phases that come before production are called the “Filiera dell’armonia” (the Harmony Chain). They begin during the design phase when new trends are analysed to successfully anticipate new styles of living. Then, the designers and decorators at the Centro Stile Italiano interpret the data and create the first product drawings. After that, prototypes are built and experiments begin at the internal laboratory. Lastly, if the product is found compliant with standards and passes the tests, it will be slated for production at the Natuzzi factories, where only high qualified personnel is employed.
Natuzzi furniture is known for the excellent quality materials used to build each piece. In turn, these materials are the result of intense research. The company offers an unparalleled range of variants: unfinished woods, precious marbles and fine metals can be combined to get surprising results. For their upholstered pieces, leather is the material of excellence that Natuzzi uses to cover sofas, chairs and armchairs. For over 60 years, the brand has developed unique treatments to maintain the initial beauty and softness of its leather intact over time. The fabrics are recognised for their softness and unique textured surfaces. The vast range contains a type of fabric for every need, taste and lifestyle: linen, wool and cotton join velvets and microfibre cloth in a collection of precious, durable fabrics.
Two product lines identify Natuzzi sofas as products of one of the most well known luxury furnishing brands in the world: Natuzzi Italia and Natuzzi Editions. Natuzzi Italia consists of collections of sofas, armchairs, cabinets, beds and luminaires built to create harmonious and relaxing rooms.
Natuzzi Editions stands out for its collections of leather sofas and armchairs. Leather is a noble upholstery material, widely appreciated for its durability and the charming appearance that it develops as time passes. Leather is also a natural material. Strong and flexible, it is ideal for covering armchairs and sofas to guarantee the highest level of comfort. Natuzzi armchairs and sofas can be covered in two types of leather, Natural or Protecta. The first type offers natural softness, which is maintained without any form of treatment. The presence of small differences in the grain and colour must be seen as unique aspects of a fine material.
The Protecta leathers are soft and resistant due to a protective surface film designed to prevent stains and possible scratches. This type of leather is indicated especially for homes with small children and animals, to ensure that everyone can enjoy the sofa and minimize the chance of ruining the upholstery.
The Divani Natuzzi collection combines comfort, elegance and technology. The most interesting collection is the Natuzzi Recliner collection, which features pieces with integrated systems for regulating headrests and footrests to increase the level of comfort and adapt them to the needs of everyday life. Modular sofas with simple lines can furnish any large or small room with style and elegance.
