Flos Lights Up Palazzo Reale in Milan

The brand Flos has had the privilege of installing their luminaires at Palazzo Reale, thanks to Studio Bellini, for the “Realismo Magico” exhibition. This will be its last week, because the event closes on 27 February 2022.

Gabriella Belli and Valerio Terraroli were in charge of the creative lighting engineering project, which featured the Camera single-track spotlights and the Chiara floor lamps. Both of these products accent the uneasy and alienating forms of expression typical of this artistic style.

A total of 80 masterpieces were displayed and highlighted with Flos luminaires providing soft dreamy lighting or direct light that challenges our senses.

Camera was designed by Knud Holscher. It features compact minimal design with LED technology, which allows the output of these spotlights to be calibrated to provide optimal light that will not damage the artwork, but instead enhance the viewing experience.
