Porro Presents the New Padded Armchair Romby at Salone del Mobile 2023

The Romby armchair is versatile and functional, suitable for home or office. With this new version of the padded armchair, Porro reinforces the play on contrasts between the generous curves of the upper part of the chair and the essential straight lines on the lower part.

This new version of the original chair, designed by GamFratesi in 2019, is suitable for different uses but it maintains the lightness and welcoming style of the previous model. The soft form of the armchair is also in contrast with the geometric purity of the 2019 chair. The original chair’s truncated cone base has been replaced by four central legs in wood to make it more practical.

The new version presents a more visible interplay of contrasts between curves and straight lines. You can admire the Romby armchair at its premier at the Salone del Mobile in Milan at the Porro stand in Hall 7, Stand D15-21 and E14-18 or at our store.
