The famous Spanish designer Patricia Urquiola has interpreted the concept of comfort and hospitality in yet another way through her latest creations for Andreu World.

Introducing the Mambo Lounge BIO collection: vintage style has been reinterpreted to create a simple but impressive lounge chair supported by a pleated pedestal in bioplastic. Mambo Lounge BIO was designed to be used alone or in combination with other chairs to form a unique comfortable curved seating arrangement.

The Oru collection is based on simple but bold lines, with strong influences from the 1970s and the Far East. The soft, rounded shapes of pieces from the Oru collection were designed to be adaptable and comfortable in both formal and informal workplaces. In particular, the joints between the upholstered parts and the ash wood elements of the chairs are an example of a solid construction system that unites wood with fabrics in bright colours or softer hues.
