Bacana by Qeeboo Wins Archiproducts Design Awards 2023

The prestigious Archiproducts Design Awards 2023 was recently bestowed upon several products from various brands, including the Bacana chair, created by the Estudio Campana firm with Qeebo.

Bacana is a playful chair resulting from an intricate design of curvy fluid lines. Its casual, eccentric look symbolizes freedom, and even anarchy, from the dictates of traditional design on a large scale.

Qeeboo joined forces with the Brazilian designers from Estudio Campana to create this chair. It’s the firm’s first industrially developed design made 100% recyclable polypropylene, a material known for its durability.

The sinuous contours and intricate knots of the plastic embody the young, dynamic and ethereal language of the firm. "Bacana" is a Portuguese word that means "cool", which fully represents Campana's vocabulary. The chair sets a new standard in sustainable design and large-scale production, thanks to the minimal use of material. This chair is available in different colours.
