Description

The designer Naoto Fukasawa created a perfect synthesis of art and design in his Grande Papilio armchair for B&B Italia. The armchair is an expression of a light, graceful design.

The soft, sinuous lines create a comfortable, elegant item that gives the idea of a hug. The compact design, the curved lines, the comfortable cushions appear to invite you to relax. The backrest is enhanced by two bent side elements that recall the curves of the base structure. The steel and the aluminium elements have a particularly incisive, graphic appearance.

The removable upholstery, made of leather or fabric, is completed by a metal zipper, which makes the design of the backrest particularly precious and functional.
