The Anais armchair by Baxter welcomes relaxation and the experience of the comfort this seat offers with its inviting and embracing forms. Draga & Aurel's designers gave the seat their signature looks and feel by giving the outer backrest and seat a firmer, more rigid build.
The backrest features wide and generous leather-covered side elements that, when folded, provide the armchair's support points. The rigidity of the outer framework is counterbalanced by the plush padding on the interior, which has a variable density that adapts to the level of pressure that is applied. The leather profile that flows along the outer edges of the armchair does a great job of outlining the sinuosity of the shapes.
The base of the structure, regardless of whether it's fixed or swivel, confers flexibility and versatility upon the armchair, both in terms of the user's ability to choose between a variety of different configurations and the context in which it will be positioned.
