The Newson Aluminium Chair is a modern cantilever chair by Marc Newson for brand Knoll. The chair pays tribute to the tradition of great twentieth-century masters and stands out for its original shape.

The curved structure is in aluminium and it is made of three pieces. The seat and the backrest are in polyester and elastomer.

As in the most renowned chairs by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, the structure appears to be continuous and the silhouette is drawn by a single line. The peculiarity is in the way the different elements are combined: the seat and the backrest are not the direct continuation of each other, but they are unified by the lower part of the structure.

The Newson Aluminium Chair is also available in a version with arms connected to the backrest.
