The SM2 Lounge Chair has two souls: the geometric, rigorous and elegant one, which expresses itself in the refined outer structure, and the soft and sensual one, which characterises the wide and comfortable cushions of the seat and of the backrest.

Designed by Peter Shelton and Lee Mindel for brand Knoll, the Lounge Chair is wider than deep and it is remarkably versatile.

The seat has a spring suspension. The padding includes foam, dacron and memory foam: this combination of materials provides a particularly high comfort.

The SM2 Lounge Chair can be upholstered in Spinneybeck® leather or in fabric.

The comfortable SM2 Sofa was created by the same designers according to the same principles that make the SM2 Lounge Chair a true icon.
