Designed for brand Knoll by the renowned American designers Peter Shelton and Lee Mindel, the SM2 Sofa exists in a Settee version (two seater) and in a Sofa version (three seater). Both versions conjugate the constructive rigour of a sober and truly modern design with the very high comfort offered by the cushions of seat and backrest; the padding of the cushions includes memory foam.

The structure of the SM2 Sofa is in plywood and the legs can be in steel or in wood. The sofa can have leather or fabric upholstery.

Peter Shelton and Lee Mindel are the founders of the Shelton, Mindel & Associates architecture studio and they created many important items for brand Knoll.
